I have spent over ten years handling the communications for various non-profits and small businesses. A "jack of all trades" writer, I have experience writing copy for promotions, advertisements, websites and social media. I have also spent many years on the research, writing and reporting of grants and corporate sponsorships.

I grew up in a small town outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I received my bachelor of communications from Penn State University and a master of science in communications from Shippensburg University.  I moved to Michigan in 2005 and live in picturesque Oakland County. In my free time, I surround myself with nature and enjoy everything our beautiful lakes have to offer.

I graduated from Leadership Oakland in 2016, volunteer for many great causes including Oakland County Parks and Recreation, the Audubon Society and The Social Connection.
